All our pieces can be sold back to us, after one year of purchase at the current rate of gold and diamonds at the time of selling.

In case the product is not how you expected, we offer an exchange for another product of the same value, or a life-time store credit in your DiAi account. (Tax and shipping may be deductible, at our discretion).

The exchange should take place within 2 days of your purchase. Any piece that is exchanged once cannot be exchanged or refunded for again. The buyback route can be taken in such cases.

You can return a piece and request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.

This does not apply for any custom pieces.
