At DiAi Designs, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return, exchange, and buy-back policies are designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on basic repairs, re-polishing, cleaning, and rhodium. If you need assistance with these services, please contact us at support@diaidesigns.com, and we will guide you through the process. Shipping charges may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Exchange: If the product does not meet your expectations, you may exchange it for another product of the same or greater value or opt for a lifetime store credit in your DiAi account. (Shipping and insurance costs may be deducted at our discretion.) Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
• Return & Refund: You may return a piece and request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Please note: This policy does not apply to custom, personalized, engraved pieces, or complimentary gifts. The solitaire rings above 1.5 carats, which come with the complimentary keepsake personalized memory box, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Upgrade & Buyback Program

Upgrade Program

• Receive 100% of the gold value and 90% of the diamond value at prevailing rates.  
• Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again and will only be eligible for buyback in the future.
• Evaluation of the piece, including certifications, takes 3-5 business days.  
• If certificates are missing, the value will be adjusted to cover verification charges.  
• You can also opt for a lifetime store credit on DiAi Designs account. 

Buyback Policy

All our pieces can be sold back to us, after one year of purchase.

• Receive 100% of the gold value and 80% of the diamond value at prevailing rates.  
• Payment is processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5-7 business days after evaluation.  
• Evaluation of the piece, including certifications, takes 3-5 business days. Missing certificates will incur a deduction.
