• Exchange/Return: In case the product is not how you expected, we offer an exchange for another product of the same value, or a life-time store credit in your DiAi account (Tax and shipping may be deductible, at our discretion). The exchange should take place within 2 days of your purchase.
You can return a piece and request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.
This does not apply for any custom pieces.
